L’Association gay et lesbienne qui organise la Lesbian & Gay Pride à Lille regroupe des associations, des commerçants et des individuels, la Lesbian & Gay Pride Lille organise la Lesbian & Gay Pride au mois de juin, mais également la semaine culturelle jouxtant le défilé (appelée LGP culture), et participe à des événements LGBT tout au long de l’année.

La Lesbian & Gay Pride Lille dispose de plusieurs commissions : Village, Défilé et Fête, Citoyenneté, Culture, Pévention, Communication
