Kappa Xi Omega Sorority Inc is defined as a sorority for the professional and cultured lesbian woman and her members adhere to that definition in all aspects.

In keeping with this Kappa Xi Omega strongly adheres to the policy of unity within the LGBT Greek Community.

In keeping with this Kappa Xi Omega publicly states that she nor or her members will never slander any other Greek lettered organization or its members.

We believe that each group recognizes its own inability to fill the other’s role, yet we acknowledge in each other similarity of purposes. Mutual cooperation will aid in the attainment of our respective goals.”

Alpha Lambda Zeta Fraternity, Inc encourages any aggressive womyn seeking membership into a fraternity with standards, goals, professionalism, and activism to explore further into the Regal World of Alpha Life.

We have worked to register people to vote, deliver goods to the homeless, deliver toys to youth, march for our rights, and help our troops survive in Iraq. We have also served as an active voice in the LGBT community.

We impact our community in positive, productive, and powerful ways through our principles of: Fraternal Sisterhood – Nothing matches the bond and respect we have for one another. It is the reason we continue to do what we do in the face of adversity.

The Lambda 10 Project – National Clearinghouse for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender Fraternity & Sorority Issues works to heighten the visibility of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender members of the college fraternity by serving as a clearinghouse for educational resources and educational materials related to sexual orientation and gender identity/expression as it pertains to the fraternity/sorority experience.
